The activities associated with documenting the changes to technology solutions in support of the proposed process and supply chain network changes. This includes documenting impact of process changes on technology solutions: Typically these changes are documented in aBusiness Requirements Document(BRD). A BRD describes the changes required on technology expressed in business language and is the basis for further analysis by a technology-specific team to describe the detailed technological changes required to support the process change.
