The activities associated with calculating the gross demand for delivery activities, such as pick, pack and ship. This includes identifying all open (customer) orders with requested or scheduled shipments/deliveries and may include projected shipments/deliveries for anticipated orders for the planning window. The output of this process is all the demand (orders and forecasted orders) for the order replanning process (P403) that may be fulfilled from the locations (entities) for which the Delivery Plan is created.
